A high-performing, multi-location residential services company is seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive results and scale a team of in-home sales professionals. Since launching in 2023, the company has rapidly disrupted its market—earning the #1 position in its region—and is on an aggressive trajectory toward $100M in revenue within its first five years.
This role is based out of the company’s largest and busiest location, offering a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on regional performance and play a key role in scaling the business’s footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for a successful outside sales team
Maintain consistent, real-time communication with reps; step in and support live deals as needed
Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture that attracts, develops, and retains top sales talent
Execute and reinforce company SOPs, sales processes, and cultural expectations
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales leadership, ideally within home improvement (roofing, HVAC, solar, or related industries strongly preferred)
Experience managing and coaching a team of ~15+ outside sales reps
Highly accessible and engaged leader who is hands-on with the team throughout the day
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial settings where performance and accountability are core to success
