NEEDS TO BE LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES, CA


What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of high-performing solar sales reps
  
  
• Drive sales growth through training, mentorship, and accountability
  
  
• Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base
  
  
• Manage performance metrics and ensure team goals are met or exceeded
  
  
• Represent HouseBuildr with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in solar sales (management experience preferred)
  
  
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  
  
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Passion for renewable energy and helping families lower their energy costs
