Sales Manager – Hot Runner Systems (Packaging Focus)

Our client is a worldwide provider of high-performance hot runner systems and injection molding solutions, serving industries ranging from medical and cosmetics to general applications. With a reputation for cutting-edge technology and reliable systems, they are expanding their North American footprint—and looking for a proven sales leader to help drive that growth.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can:- Develop and grow Packaging industry accounts across the East Coast
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to define growth strategies
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor on hot runner systems
- Provide actionable market insights to support business development
You’re a great fit if you have:- Proven sales experience in plastics, injection molding, or hot runner systems
- Deep understanding of the packaging sector (strongly preferred)
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A self-driven, results-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary
Commission: 2% on all sales from new customers
Vehicle: Company car or $700/month allowance (plus fuel & maintenance)
Healthcare: Comprehensive plan or equivalent allowance
Retirement: 401(k) with 4% company match
