The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Sales Manager to join the Sales and Marketing team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes Recommended property is consistently ranked among the world''s best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 12 food and beverage outlets. This includes 6 restaurants, 2 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

This will be an on-property selling role focusing on the West Coast Market 10-74 rooms on peak.

  • Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals

  • Lead end-to-end sales process: Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue
  • Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel's sales management system
  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
