NFM's Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the performance of the sales staff. Their goal is to ensure that the customer sales survey and key results are met.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, related area or equivalent experience3 years of supervisory or management experience2 years of sales experience (retail sales experience in a true selling environment is preferred)Experience as an NFM shadow trainer preferred. Product knowledge is preferredPC experience with Microsoft Office proficiency is preferredAbility to train, coach and develop staff. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Decision making, problem solving, and time management skills. Professional appearance, Positive attitude, sense of urgency, desire to grow, team player and caringEnglish/Spanish bilingual speakers preferredDepending on division, valid driver's license and ongoing, acceptable driving recordAbility to work nights and/or weekends.
