WeVINO is a luxury Italian dining destination focused on elevated hospitality, private dining, and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Sales Manager / Events Coordinator to actively grow our private events business and increase restaurant revenue.
This position is heavily focused on:
The Sales Manager / Events Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships, securing private events, increasing large party bookings, and creating new revenue opportunities through proactive outreach and hospitality networking.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, ambitious, hospitality-focused, and motivated by sales performance and commissions.
Experience with:
TripleSeat
OpenTable
private event sales
hospitality CRM systems
is strongly preferred.
Generate new private dining and event business
Manage and respond to inquiries through TripleSeat and other event platforms
Actively pursue corporate accounts and local partnerships
Follow up on all incoming event inquiries quickly and professionally
Coordinate birthdays, corporate dinners, celebrations, and special events
Build relationships with local businesses, luxury clientele, and repeat guests
Conduct restaurant tours for prospective clients
Assist in increasing overall restaurant traffic and revenue
Support marketing and social media initiatives to drive bookings
Maintain organized event calendars and client communication
Work closely with management to develop revenue-driving opportunities
Hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience preferred
Experience using TripleSeat strongly preferred
Strong communication and networking skills
Sales-driven personality with confidence in client interaction
Organized and self-motivated
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with private events or luxury hospitality is a plus
$20/hour
Additional commission earned from:
Private dining sales
Corporate event bookings
Large party reservations
Special event revenue generated
Commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
