This role is responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by selling advanced EHR/EMR solutions to healthcare providers. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, leveraging industry relationships to deliver tailored technology solutions that meet client needs.

Description

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify and engage prospective clients across the healthcare industry using existing networks and proactive outreach.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, IT leaders, and healthcare providers.
    • Deliver tailored product presentations showcasing EHR/EMR and practice management solutions.
    • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
    • Provide ongoing account management to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM updates.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies and improve product offerings.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience selling EHR/EMR or healthcare IT solutions.
  • Strong existing network within the healthcare ecosystem (e.g. physician practices, IPAs, MSOs, FQHCs, ambulatory clinics).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR/EMR systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
