Our client, located in Northeast PA is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager/Ecommerce Account Manager to lead online and offline sales operations for industrial equipment in the manufacturing and distribution sector combining tactical order support with account management. Handle daily customer chats, process orders, manage key accounts and prospect new business when available.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer chats and complete orders
* Manage assigned key accounts and build relationships
* Conduct outbound prospecting
* Coordinate with plant operations on fulfillment
* Prepare sales reports and attend monthly plant meetings
Requirements
* 3-5 years sales experience, with 2 years in management or leadership roles
* Proven track record in B2B sales
* Comfortable with both order processing and account management
* Manufacturing/industrial sales background preferred
* Strong understanding of ecommerce sales processes, CRM systems and sales analytics
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented
