E.F. Outfitters equips West Texans with the experiences that its namesake conquered providing today's trailblazers with the bold, trusted goods their journeys call for. We showcase unique gift and apparel items not commonly found in retail stores in our region. We currently have one location in Odessa.

THE ROLE




We are seeking a highly driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our team and take E.F. Outfitters to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, leads by example on the sales floor, and has a passion for fashion merchandising. If you are relentlessly motivated, love developing people, and have a sharp eye for product and presentation this is your team.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES




SALES LEADERSHIP Drive store performance by setting clear targets, coaching the team, and personally demonstrating exceptional sales ability on the floor. You lead from the front.


TEAM MANAGEMENT Recruit, train, and develop Sales Associate. Foster a culture of accountability, energy, and outstanding customer service.


MERCHANDISING Leverage your fashion merchandising expertise to create compelling visual displays, manage product assortment, and reflect current trends.


CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Ensure every customer interaction is welcoming, personalized, and leaves a lasting impression consistent with the E.F. Outfitters brand.


GUEST RELATIONS Build and maintain lasting relationships with our guests. Know your regulars, follow up after purchases, and create an experience that brings customers back and turns them into advocates for the brand.


INVENTORY & OPS Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, receiving, and adherence to company policies and procedures.


PRODUCT STRATEGY Identify new product lines and emerging trends. Collaborate with ownership to keep our assortment fresh and relevant.


REPORTING Track key sales metrics and team performance. Use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.


SCHEDULE




Monday through Saturday 8 AM 6 PM 4050 hours per week. Schedule will vary based on business needs, events, and seasonal volume and work alongside sales associate ensuring the store is staffed all operating hours.


Requirements

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS




Background in fashion merchandising strongly preferred


Strong leadership presence you motivate and inspire those around you


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and confident with customers


Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


Availability to work Saturdays and flex hours as needed


Some college education preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree


Ability to perform light lifting as needed for inventory and events
