Located less than ten minutes from Liberty State Park and Liberty Science Center, our all-suite hotel offers easy access to NYC via nearby PATH trains, light rail, and the Harborside ferry. Many suites feature stunning Manhattan skyline views, along with an on-site restaurant, fitness center, 198 guestrooms, and 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a hotel group sales role, can hit the ground running, and is able to develop and execute an effective solicitation plan to grow market share. This role also includes booking and servicing group business at the hotel. The successful candidate is driven by goals and eager to grow a career in hotel sales.
Shift Pattern: Full Flexibility is a must. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexibility is essential to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, for our valued group clients.
Salary Range: $68,000-$78,000.00 annually and will be aligned with the candidate's experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for participation in the Hilton Sales Incentive plan.

The sales office in a hotel is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Customer and Account Management- Apply strong sales skills to create customer value. Differentiate Hilton from the competition and bring clear value to customers and the organizations they represent.
Prospecting- Demonstrate a mastery of the prospecting process. Identify potential customers. Prepare and implement your call strategy.
Negotiations- Understand the customer and the business leaders expectations. Adapt to a changing market.
Customer and Account Management:
Actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the Hotel.
