Territory Sales Manager - Agricultural Biologicals

(Dealer / Distribution Network)

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive demand and grow market share for a portfolio of nature-derived bio stimulant and bio-pesticide products. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key growers, PCAs, CCAs, and-critically-strengthening and supporting the dealer and distribution network across the southern San Joaquin Valley, with occasional travel to the Imperial Valley.

The TSM leads full-cycle sales activities, develops and executes a territory business plan, manages grower accounts through CRM tools, and implements field demos to increase product adoption. A major component of this role is partnering closely with distributors and retail PCAs to ensure alignment, product knowledge, and consistent service to growers. The position also collaborates with marketing, product development, and sales support teams to achieve revenue goals while providing exceptional technical support. Additional responsibilities include participation in industry events, leadership in product performance inquiries, and ongoing engagement with internal cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Life Sciences or an agriculture-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with pesticide or related products
  • Bio-pesticide experience preferred
  • PCA or CCA (or ability to obtain within one year)
  • Must reside in territory (Fresno - Bakersfield)
  • Valid driver's license
Role Requirements:
  • Frequent travel (60-70%), including some overnight trips
  • Ability to work in agricultural field conditions and lift 40+ lbs
  • Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
