The Sales Manager leads regional sales activities for Central Tube & Bar, outside of Little Rock, Arkansas driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company's mission to deliver high‑quality tube and bar processing services. This role manages a territory sales team, develops new business opportunities, and ensures customers receive exceptional service aligned with production capabilities and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue and margin goals.

  • Manage, coach, and support sales representatives.

  • Grow business with OEMs, fabricators, and industrial customers.

  • Oversee pricing, quotes, and customer negotiations.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records.

  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and resolve customer issues.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Production to align customer needs with capacity.

  • Review contracts and pricing.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Qualitfications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field of study or 7-10 years of sales experience.

  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-builidng skills.

  • Ability to understand technical aspects of tube fabrication and bar processing.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and company facilities.
