• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets
• Drive a culture of accountability, energy, and winning attitudes
• Coach and train team members to maximize performance and customer experience
• Build lasting relationships with customers while delivering a best-in-class luxury experience
• Maintain a strong focus on results, profitability, and continuous improvement

Background & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years Automotive Retail Sales Management experience
• Minimum 2+ years Automotive Retail Sales experience
• Established track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
