Now Hiring: Sales Manager | Automotive Industry
I'm recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to join a global automotive supplier supporting key OEM customer accounts.
This position is responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and leading commercial activities for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, experience working directly with OEMs, and a proven ability to negotiate and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer Purchasing, Engineering, and Program teams.
• Prepare and manage commercial quotations and customer proposals.
• Lead negotiations for Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and support customer claims.
• Manage and develop a team of Sales Engineers.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and accurate forecasting.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in automotive sales.
• Established relationships with one or more automotive OEMs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
