The Big Task

You will lead and support the sales performance of the company by coaching team members, improving customer experience, driving revenue growth, and helping customers make informed and confident buying decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales and service team members to achieve company goals.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide ongoing feedback and support.

  • Assist in developing sales processes, training programs, and performance standards.

  • Support technicians and comfort advisors with customer communication and sales strategies.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service process.

  • Work closely with management to identify growth opportunities and improve operational performance.

  • Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and team coaching sessions as needed.

  • Maintain professionalism and uphold company values in all interactions.

  • Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and accountability.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous leadership or sales management experience preferred.

  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industries strongly preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

  • Ability to motivate teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/software preferred.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check.

  • A commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
