Calm Water and Bath is searching for a full-time Director of Sales to take the helm across South Jersey.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive compensation package of $120,000 to $250,000/year (base salary + performance-based pay), plus bonuses for growing your team and serving others.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A SALES LEADER

Your core schedule will be 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. There may be evening, night, and weekend hours, so please specify your availability for these shifts in your application. Flexibility is key, as you'll be leading a team that supports homeowners when they need us most across the South Jersey territory.

 

As a Sales Leader, you will lead and develop a team of Design Consultants, owning the entire sales process from the moment a lead is issued to the moment a contract is signed. You will ensure every homeowner's journey is calm, professional, and trustworthy-never pushy or transactional. You will monitor daily KPIs in i360, run impactful sales meetings, and conduct daily huddles to keep the team aligned. Your week will include hands-on coaching, structured one-on-ones, and joining consultants in the field to set the standard for professional in-home consultations. You will recruit top talent, build onboarding systems, and provide ongoing training in everything from emotional intelligence to financial discipline.

 

SALES LEADER REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in home improvement (one-day bath or remodeling preferred)
  • Experience managing 3 – 10 sales representatives
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent
  • Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Strong CRM skills, ideally with i360
  • Financial literacy and a margin-conscious mindset
  • Ability to standardize sales processes and lead effective meetings
  • Ability to drive revenue and protect gross margin
  • Structured, disciplined, and growth-minded approach
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to culture and brand integrity
