GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Sales Lead is responsible for driving new business development across Steel, Metals and Cement sectors across North America. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and electrification solutions involving MV motors, VFD technologies, and industrial optimisation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Business Development - Identify and secure new opportunities across the Oil & Gas sector.
Client Relationship Development - Build strong relationships with operators and industrial stakeholders.
Solution Sales - Promote industrial energy efficiency and electrification solutions.
Market Expansion - Support the growth of the company’s presence across North America.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE
Proven business development experience with intelligent motor controls/ speed drives
Track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities within industrial or energy markets
Experience selling complex technical solutions, ideally involving energy efficiency, electrification, or industrial optimisation technologies
Experience building and managing relationships with operators, engineering firms, and industrial stakeholders
Strong network within heavy industry sectors across North America
Experience operating in entrepreneurial or high-growth sales environments
