Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, sphere of influence, and other lead sources.
- Generate insurance quotes, explain coverages, and bind policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
- Inform customers of promotions, discounts/savings, and new or upgraded products.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries.
- Foster strong relationships with new and current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Explain coverages and insurance policies and uphold the wants and needs of our customers to best suit their needs.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Attend training and continuing education courses.
