MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENT
All new hires must attend and complete 100% of required training.
Full attendance is mandatory
No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions
Failure to complete training in full will result in disqualification
Training is paid and professionally structured
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell vehicles and dealership products in person and online
Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communication
Create short-form video and social media content daily
Post approved content across designated platforms
Represent Indy CDJR professionally at all times
Follow established sales and digital engagement processes

Content may be used for marketing, advertising, training, and promotional purposes
Ownership of content may not be contested in any way
Policies comply with applicable state and federal employment laws
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver s license required
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willingness to appear on camera and create digital content
Ability to work a flexible schedule
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Interviews are conducted virtually and in person by appointment.
Applicants must secure an interview time in advance.
Missed interviews or meetings will not be rescheduled.
