Givaudan is looking for a Strategic Innovation Director to increase future growth by translating foresight, science, and creativity into breakthrough business opportunities. You will lead global innovation strategy, co-create new product and technology platforms, and build partnerships with key stakeholders to unlock new market spaces. You will operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, R&D, and consumer insight to deliver scalable, high-impact innovation.

Responsibilities
Lead and shape the global innovation and market-making roadmap aligned with strategic customer priorities
Improve co-creation initiatives across products, technologies, and business models
Establish integration pathways to embed innovation into partner pipelines
Identify future trends and translate them into relevant innovation opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally across Development, Technology, Research, and Commercial teams
Represent Givaudan externally as an innovation ambassador with important partners
Ensure innovations are market-ready, scalable, and deliver measurable value
Build and leverage an innovation ecosystem across our teams and external partners
Your Professional Profile Includes
15+ years of experience in innovation leadership, strategy, or market development
Demonstrated experience managing commercial strategy and delivering new initiatives to market
Experience leading projects and collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
Experience working with external partners including startups, research organizations, and clients
Apply technical or scientific concepts to support decisions and customer solutions
Experience preparing and delivering presentations and communicating with team members across departments
Compensation and Benefits
The established salary range for this position is $155,000-$170,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision coverage and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan
