Were looking for a disciplined, results-focused Sales Executive who understands that activity drives income.

This is not an order-taking role. This is a hunter role. *NOT A REMOTE POSITION*

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Cold call insurance agents and business owners nationwide
• Set appointments with agency owners and decision makers
• Present and sell lead programs and direct mail campaigns
• Follow up consistently to close deals
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
• Manage client accounts for renewals and upsells
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

• Previous sales experience required
• Proven track record in outbound or B2B sales
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls daily
• Strong time management and self-discipline
• Confident communicator with closing ability
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven position
