Join us in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area or working on the East Coast in Boston or Charlotte as a Sales Executive supporting our Engineering, Research, and Development Services within the Digital and Cloud Native Services domain. In this role, you’ll be part of our Tech and Digital Market Unit, collaborating across business lines to deliver transformative solutions for clients in the technology sector. Your Role
+ Lead strategic sales initiatives for engineering services across technology platforms, ISVs, and SaaS clients.
+ Build and expand trusted relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on long-term value creation.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and innovative solutions.
+ Drive multi-tower sales pursuits in partnership with other business units across the organization.
+ Engage with senior client stakeholders (VPs, CXOs) to understand their challenges and co-create impactful solutions.
+ Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
+ Manage account delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
+ 10 years of experience in business development or account management, with a focus on engineering or product development services.
+ Background in engineering required; MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
+ Proven success in selling to or partnering with technology companies, including experience with executive-level stakeholders.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
+ Experience working in global delivery models and navigating complex organizational structures.
+ Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Commitment to fostering inclusive client and team relationships, with a focus on collaboration and shared success.
