Who we are looking for:
GenAspire is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail-oriented Salesperson to join our growing team. As a key member of the team, this individual will be an integral member of a growing team of hard-working and experienced professionals. The candidate will work closely with our General Manager and our C-Level executive team to generate and progress the strategic sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has a background in strong closing or sales at a high-growth start-up. You're a self-starter who can create scalable processes, work with little direction and deliver measurable increases in productivity.
What you will be working on:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively identify new opportunities and driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Understanding and uncovering customers’ needs to drive sales opportunities.
Conduct initial discovery calls with stakeholders and influencers, gathering relevant information about the organization.
Present to and close qualified prospects via webinars, sales calls, and in-person presentations
Drive & lead the details on complex sales cycles from initiation through launch.
Own and grow a sales pipeline, manage leads and opportunities, by generating and maintaining an excellent pipeline and opportunity progression.
Partner closely with internal teams to build solutions needed to grow our business (including, but not limited to; sales operations, product, engineering)
Maintain frequent touchpoints with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, with a high level of customer service.
Own, track, plan and prepare your week, month and quarter to align and exceed sales metrics and targets.
Understand customers' business objectives and challenges, offering customized solutions that align with their goals and drive value.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a strong financial technology background who has experience dealing with SaaS based banking and credit union banking. Should have experience in technology and SAP business models.
Required to have Fintech experience, with strong closing experience.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance required.
Proven ability to develop and manage relationships, while influencing key stakeholders enterprise wide, including the C-suite.
Understanding of the Payments ecosystem, the latest API technology and the latest service, cloud-based payments solutions & deployments.
Having worked directly for a major credit union or community bank, with deep industry, contacts and relationships is preferred.
Prior experience in sales efforts in a startup company preferably with a financial services and technology background.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solving.
