Job Description
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers across pre and postsales engagements.
  • Support sales efforts through solution development, technical presentations, and proposal content.
  • Participate in customer discussions and design reviews to capture requirements and position solutions.
  • Contribute to win strategies, including technical differentiation and pricing inputs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer engineering and procurement teams.
  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned product areas, translating requirements into viable solutions.
  • Analyze competitive offerings and address technical objections and inquiries.
  • Support new product development by providing customer feedback and input into product direction.
  • Identify emerging market needs and assist in defining and validating product requirements.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Deliver technical training and develop supporting documentation for customers and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain technical materials and support customer proposal submissions.
Track technical opportunities and communicate updates internally.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in: Background in space or aerospace electronics with experience in radiation-tolerant components, power architecture, and embedded computing systems such as single board computers (SBCs) or flight processors
  • Experience supporting customer proposals and technical sales efforts strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams
