Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Partner with customers to understand challenges and deliver tailored engineering solutions
  • Develop quotes, estimates, and technical scopes of work that win business
  • Showcase IPM's capabilities and value through presentations and on-site visits
  • Review drawings, assess job sites, and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Build long-term relationships with customers across diverse industries
  • Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and marketing to expand market reach

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, field service, machining, industrial maintenance, or technical sales
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T preferred)
  • Experience with SolidWorks and CAM software
  • Highly organized, accountable, and driven to follow through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Equivalent hands-on experience, technical training, or certifications will be considered
