- Support sales, installation, and maintenance of paint booths, conveyors, robots, and automated systems
- Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and clarify customer requirements
- Prepare proposals, specifications, and manage project execution
- Request quotes from vendors, arrange logistics, and oversee equipment shipping
- Supervise installation, facilitate project meetings, and create completion reports
- Apply technical knowledge of design, materials, and equipment selection
- Communicate effectively in English; Japanese skills are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to travel 25-30%; flexible with work hours
- Technical background in mechanical systems or automation preferred
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills
