- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field (or expected graduation)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
- High level of confidence and professionalism in customer-facing environments
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to coordinate with global teams

Internship, co-op, or project experience in a technical, sales, manufacturing, or engineering environment - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with CAD systems such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks
- Exposure to cost estimating, quoting, or technical proposal development
- Support technical sales activities by serving as a liaison between customers, account managers, and internal engineering teams
- Develop customer-facing presentations that clearly communicate technical concepts, solutions, assumptions, risks, and considerations
- Assist in evaluating application feasibility in coordination with the Pre-Engineering team
- Prepare customer quote letters and formal sales proposals
- Develop and calculate cost estimates in response to customer quote requests
- Maintain and update quote data, pricing, and project information within SAP
- Support Account Managers during customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams across multiple global locations
- Participate in customer visits and sales-related travel (approximately 10–20%)
- Approximately 10–20% travel, including local customer visits and occasional overnight trips
- International travel may be required from time to time
