Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 (plus $30K - $75K yearly commissions) Permanent Position with Benefits

A growing Chagrin Falls, Ohio area design and build engineering firm seeking a top-notch Sales Engineer to drive growth and provide technical expertise for this industry leader in electrical protection solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a technical advisor and strategic partner, servicing established clients and developing new ones for the Midwest USA and Canada. This is a stable, growing manufacturer dedicated to modernizing critical electrical infrastructure across the world. 

Responsibilties 

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and lead growth strategies for your region
• Provide application guidance and product selection expertise to electrical service providers and specifying engineers
• Proactively engage end-users and influence project specifications to favor URC solutions
• Deliver engaging technical seminars and training sessions to technicians and executives
• Engage with customers on-site with travel up to 70% (air and ground)

Qualifications

• Must be a current Ohio Resident (Greater Cleveland area preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3–5 years of proven success in technical sales, preferably within industrial or electrical markets
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts; familiarity with CRM/Salesforce
• High integrity, self-motivated, and capable of managing a large multi-state territory independently

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
