Sales, District Modality Leader- Computed Tomography (Midwest)

The District Modality Leader (DML) for Computed Tomography is the knowledge expert on CT product sales and positioning across their assigned district. Operating as a franchise owner, the DML drives overall modality strategy, provides deep clinical and technical expertise across all accounts in the territory, and develops individualized plans for each Imaging Account Manager (IAM) to maximize market visibility, market share, and revenue growth. This role requires exceptional ability to lead, influence, and hold cross-functional peers accountable without direct management authority.

This territory will include: SD/ND/MN/IA/WI/IL. Preferred location- greater Chicago market, followed by greater Twin Cities area.

Your role:

  • Own the CT business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance.

  • Develop and execute district and territory-level CT growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs.

  • Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities, strengthen account plans, and close complex deals.

  • Act as the district's CT expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers.

  • Coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal support.

  • Leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities, and optimize commercial execution.

You're the right fit if

  • You have 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership, ideally within diagnostic imaging or CT.

  • Your skills include a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment AND ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority while driving accountability and results.

  • You combine strong business acumen with the ability to translate clinical and technical expertise into customer value.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or equivalent education and experience.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales ( position.

  • You are highly organized and data-driven, with experience using tools like Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $212,500 to $300,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
