Role Summary
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving regional revenue growth and executing the company’s sales strategy through hands on leadership. This role leads from the front by actively supporting the field, coaching sales representatives, and ensuring consistent adoption of sales processes and CRM discipline. The position plays a critical role in growing inspection contracts, increasing repair and project revenue, and strengthening long term customer relationships.

This leader partners closely with operations, finance, and legal teams while maintaining direct ownership of sales execution, forecasting, and talent development within the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute the regional service revenue growth strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Implement and reinforce the sales playbook including inspection contract growth and repair follow through
• Lead, coach, and develop territory sales representatives through ride along and performance plans
• Actively assign and manage leads, opportunities, and customer follow ups
• Support and close large contract, modernization, and installation opportunities
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity tracking
• Champion customer renewals, retention, and expansion efforts
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers and vendor partners
• Partner with operations and branch leadership to support service readiness and capacity planning

Sales Systems and CRM Accountability
• Lead by example in CRM usage including activity logging and reporting
• Monitor and drive weekly KPIs such as visits, quotes, contract growth, and engagement
• Ensure consistent CRM adoption and use of sales tools across the region

Key Performance Indicators
• Service revenue performance versus budget
• Contract and unit growth
• Inspection repair conversion rates
• CRM compliance and activity execution
• Forecast accuracy and pipeline health
• Sales team onboarding, development, and improvement

Key Requirements
• Seven to ten years of experience in service based sales or operations
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales teams
• Strong ability to execute disciplined sales processes and forecasting
• Comfort working in a field based, high travel role with senior level customer engagement
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership presence
• High level of computer aptitude with CRM experience
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution

Work Environment and Travel
• Full time role with regional travel estimated at 50 to 65 percent including overnight stays
• Combination of field, customer site, and professional office environments
• Must reside in Texas and support regional branch activity
