The Opportunity: 
As a Sales Director focused on the EMEA market, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This is a unique opportunity to:
  • Shape the Future: Lead the sales team to identify and close opportunities, focusing on new business generation within multiple sectors.
  • Make a Regional Impact: Manage a large geographic territory and serve as a international resource within our organisation.
 
What You'll Do: 
  • Manage a team of Sales Professionals throughout EMEA with a focus on ensuring they meet or exceed quota.
  • Develop that sales team; set territory design, quotas, coverage model, and enablement plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pre-identified vertical focus marketplaces.
  • Provide industry expertise and guidance to healthcare, logistics, industrial and retail organisations.
  • Achieve and exceed multi-million dollar quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop / implement successful sales strategies.
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews using MEDDPICC exit criteria; enforce Salesforce hygiene, stage rules, and forecast calls at commit, best case, and upside.
  • Contribute to pricing and deal desk strategy for complex, multi-year agreements; align terms, renewals, and attachment rates on accessories, maintenance, and software.
  • Represent Spectralink at industry events; deliver thought leadership on clinical mobility.
 
What You'll Bring: 
  • 10+ years of experience in major account or executive sales.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC, executive multi-threading, and value engineering for TCO/ROI models tied to vertical markets.
  • Deep understanding of wireless voice communications and experience working with channel partners.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a sales team within a matrixed organization.
  • Operational rigour: forecast discipline, SFDC reporting, win-loss analysis, and quarterly territory business reviews.
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar targets.
  • Strong operational skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to articulate Spectralink's value proposition.
  • Adept at translating business needs into meaningful solutions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with physicians, nurses, and clinical professionals.
  • Experience in formulating and executing strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and metrics to optimise performance.
 
Location: Hybrid. Work from a home office with European travel 40%-50%.
