Job Description

Sales Director - Commercial Roofing

A highly reputable commercial roofing is looking to bring on a Sales Director that will lead their revenue generating activities. This position will oversee Business Development, Account Management, Marketingand Outside Sales

Sales Director Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruit and Develop team of Sales Reps and Account Managers
  • Create and track KPIs to build a culture of accountability through 1 on 1s and sales team meetings
  • Identify and prioritize new markets and opportunities
  • Oversee Marketing Manager to ensure outreach is consistent
  • Partner with operations and estimating teams to ensure smooth transitions and execution across all departments
Sales Director Background

  • Team player that coordinates with multiple departments to reach higher level goals
Sales Director Requirements
  • Experience in sales and building teams in roofing or similar construction related industry
  • 10-15 years of sales leadership experience
Sales Director Compensation
  • Above market base salary with aggressive commission/incentive plan
