Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director for Our New Property in Springfield Ohio to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development, particularly within the technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage client relationships, and develop innovative sales strategies to enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hotel outside sales, account management, or business development within the technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
