This role focuses on advisor engagement, sales strategy execution, and optimizing Annexus' exclusive distribution model.\n \nKey Sales Responsibilities\n\n Drive FIA sales growth through top-elite established and active advisor relationships and expand partnerships with top\u2011producing financial advisors currently selling Annexus products.\n Execute primarily in\u2011person and some virtual sales presentations with sales initiatives related to the Annexus product Annuity portfolio.\n Collaborate with Distribution leadership to build and drive sales and respond to market and competitive trends.\n Represent current Sales team in cross\u2011functional leadership forums and contribute to enterprise\u2011wide alignment.\n \nQualifications \n\n 10+ yearsof proven performance in the financial services industry wholesaling Annuity products.\n Proven Track record of meeting or exceeding annuity sales and growth targets.\n Ability to influence outcomes working with sophisticated, high\u2011net\u2011worth\u2011focused advisors.\n Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.\n In addition to a strong sales background ability to lead and inspire people \u2013 grow and build talent.\n Travel required.\n \nSuccess Profile\n\n Highly competitive, results\u2011driven, self\u2011motivated, and entrepreneurial.\n Strong work ethic, disciplined, and accountable with a winning mindset.\n* Comfortable operating in a performance\u2011based, high\u2011expectation sales environment.\n\n
