What We’re Looking For
We're seeking Sales Development Representative candidates who are eager to begin and build a technology sales career, and/or bring demonstrated success in B2B sales and are ready to grow with us.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 0 – 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to engage C-suite and VP-level decision makers

• Competitive, coachable, and confident to engage with decision-makers in real time

• Strong consultative selling skills — ability to diagnose client needs and present ROI-driven solutions

• Experience managing full-cycle sales processes and multi-stakeholder opportunities

• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)

• A self-starter mindset with the drive to succeed in a performance-based environment

• Direct sales/marketing

 

Compensation:

SpyGlass offers a compensation package that rewards individual performance, including:

• Annual Base Salary: $45k - $50k

• Uncapped Commission + Monthly Uncapped Commissions

• Monthly Bonuses

• Advancement Opportunities

• Salary and Commission Increases through promotion within Sales Development and beyond
