Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 06 Months W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $57.82 - $63.82/hour

Summary:

Overview

We are seeking an SDR contractor to support pipeline generation across Client solutions within the AMR region. This role is focused on high-quality prospecting, account engagement, and opportunity qualification in partnership with Account Executives, aligned to client's sales standards and customer experience expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts to generate qualified pipeline
  • Qualifying inbound and marketing-generated leads in a timely manner
  • Identify key stakeholders, use cases, and business challenges within accounts
  • Deliver clear, tailored messaging aligned to customer needs and industry context
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to progress and transition opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and pipeline tracking in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Support regional campaigns and strategic account initiatives
  • Follow defined sales processes and engagement standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3+ years in SDR/BDR or similar prospecting role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage professionally with business and technical stakeholders
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated and able to operate in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-based sales
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code or workflow solutions
  • Exposure to MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar qualification frameworks
