About the Role
JCSI is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help convert warm leads into scheduled conversations for our Business Development team. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role—instead, you’ll focus primarily on engaging marketing-generated and partner-sourced leads through email, with some phone and text outreach. You’ll play a key role in advancing prospects through the pipeline by managing follow-ups, confirming meetings, and re-engaging leads that may have gone quiet.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and interested in building experience in B2B sales without the pressure of full-cycle closing.
