Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (What You Do Every Day)
1. Outbound Prospecting
- Make high-volume outbound calls to agency-provided leads
- Follow up on inbound leads quickly (speed-to-lead is critical)
- Re-engage aged or unconverted leads
2. Lead Qualification
- Identify:
- Decision maker
- Current insurance situation
- Interest level / intent
- Ask structured questions to determine if the prospect is a good fit
3. Live Call Transfers
- Transfer qualified prospects in real time to licensed producers
- Provide a brief handoff summary so the producer can close efficiently
- Ensure a smooth transition from SDR sales
