As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our pipeline and target strategic accounts.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will work closely with our full-cycle sales team to generate new business opportunities. SDRs at Faros AI are trained and coached to excel in multithreaded prospecting, combining direct outreach, social selling, and nurture campaigns to secure qualified meetings with VP- and C-level decision-makers. You’ll receive world-class sales training, with a strong emphasis on mastering sales techniques to build a solid foundation for a career in tech go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance three times a week at our San Mateo, CA office. Candidates must be within commuting distance of the office.
1+ years of experience in a sales development role, ideally in a SaaS environment
A strong sense of curiosity, coachability, and competitiveness
Prior customer-facing experience
A desire to understand the SaaS B2B DevOps and engineering space
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and solid business acumen
An eagerness to learn from top-performing industry leaders
Ambition to become an expert in business process optimization
Gain valuable SaaS sales experience by working alongside Faros AI’s experienced sales professionals
Develop corporate selling strategies by booking meetings with VP- and C-level executives
Deepen your understanding of the engineering and DevOps technology landscape through research and competitive selling
Contribute to go-to-market strategies by collaborating with Faros AI partners to generate business opportunities
Leverage leading sales tools to manage your pipeline and book of business
Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to understand the full scope of the engineering space and our product offerings
Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid, with in-office attendance three days a week)
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000 On Target Earnings (OTE) annually
