This is a remote or in office position. Prior SDR, Phone Sales, or Telemarketing experience is REQUIRED!

Schedule varies by enrollment season. Currently 9-7 MST M-F. Some weekends may be required.


As a Sales Development Rep, your primary role will be to assist the sales team by contacting clients over the phone, connecting them to our licensed agents, and setting appointments. This is a great opportunity for an energetic person wanting to jumpstart their career in insurance.

Remote Structure Details

  • This position is structured as an independent contractor and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
  • You will be required to provide your own computer, monitors, and headset.
  • You will be required to have a wired internet connection with speeds able to support our systems.
