Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated tenacious empathetic and curious Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying client needs presenting tailored service solutions managing relationships and driving sales growth for our service offerings. You will be a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers playing a critical role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for our services through proactive outreach networking and relationship building. • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and position our services as solutions. • Qualify opportunities prepare proposals and close service sales deals in alignment with revenue targets. • Collaborate closely with the delivery and account management teams to ensure seamless service implementation and client onboarding. • Maintain a deep understanding of our service portfolio industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings. • Provide exceptional customer experiences by anticipating needs addressing concerns and ensuring consistent follow-up. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for service revenue and client acquisition.
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in services sales account management or B2B business development - or - a demonstrated track record of excellence in sales or client engagement. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present service solutions effectively. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced results-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with CRM tools sales automation software and proposal management. Positive growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
