About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative II to support our sales team and customers. In this role, you'll manage key sales processes, provide technical cross-reference support, qualify new opportunities, and help onboard new representatives. You'll serve as a critical link between sales, customers, and internal teams-keeping projects on track and opportunities moving forward.

Job Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Manage Salesforce opportunities, CPRs, and project follow-ups.
  • Support sales reps in the field with administrative tasks and customer inquiries.
  • Train and onboard new manufacturer reps and inside sales team members.
  • Research, qualify, and create new project leads in Salesforce.
  • Provide technical support by cross-referencing parts and extracting reports from SAP.
  • Host cadence calls and participate in performance reviews with reps.

What You Bring

  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP (order tracking, reporting, data extraction).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to train others and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers by phone and in person.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $97,500 - $121,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
