At the Mitchell Agency, we’re searching for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on making connections, sparking conversations, and uncovering opportunities. As the first touchpoint for many of our future clients, you’ll help build trusted relationships that fuel long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential customers through our exclusive lead system

  • Research, prioritize, and engage new prospects

  • Understand client needs and match them with tailored solutions

  • Nurture leads through the pipeline with energy and care

  • Book and lead virtual meetings with prospects

  • Deliver presentations that inspire trust and action

  • Track progress, share insights, and celebrate wins with the team

  • Partner across departments to ensure smooth client experiences

  • Stay sharp by monitoring industry shifts and best practices

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or related role

  • A clear communicator who builds rapport quickly

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities independently

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technology

  • Experience with lead generation (preferred, not required)
