POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Coach is a shared resource across Cardone Ventures' Strategic Business Unit client portfolio, reporting directly to SBU leadership. This individual owns the structured onboarding of new clients through their first 90 days, equipping each client's sales organization with the right processes, tools, tracking infrastructure, and Cardone University methodology to drive measurable growth.
Beyond onboarding, this advisor maintains a performance purview across the portfolio, surfaces coaching opportunities to advisor peers, and deploys as a specialist resource when clients require targeted sales support. Artificial intelligence sits at the core of how this role operates. The Sales Coach designs and deploys AI-powered tools, prompt frameworks, and sales assets using platforms such as Claude, and coaches client sales teams to integrate AI into their day-to-day selling activity. This individual does not require a software development background but must demonstrate strong capability in prompt engineering, AI tool configuration, and translating AI outputs into practical sales enablement deliverables.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- New clients complete their 90-day onboarding fully structured, with active tracking infrastructure, trained sales teams, and adoption of Cardone University methodology
- Clients demonstrate measurable improvement in sales conversion rates, pipeline discipline, and sales team retention within and beyond the onboarding period
- AI-powered scripts, call review frameworks, and coaching tools are built, deployed, and actively used by client sales teams
- Advisor peers across operations and marketing receive timely, data-informed insights that drive coordinated client coaching decisions
- Clients meet or exceed their monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance goals
OBJECTIVES
- Onboard every new Strategic Business Unit client through a structured 90-day engagement that establishes Cardone University methodology, daily sales meeting cadence, and performance tracking infrastructure
- Assess each client's sales team, technology stack, and compensation structure within the first two weeks of engagement and deliver a written onboarding plan
- Build and deploy AI-powered sales scripts, objection handling frameworks, and call review tools for every onboarding client using prompt engineering through platforms such as Claude
- Train client sales managers on Cardone University management methodology, including pipeline reviews, accountability conversations, and one-on-one coaching structures
- Configure call recording and review workflows within each client's existing technology environment and establish a consistent coaching cadence by the end of the 90-day period
- Develop and deliver a 90-day completion summary for every onboarding client documenting baseline metrics, actions taken, tools deployed, and forward performance benchmarks
- Build a reusable internal prompt library and AI tooling resources that improve the advisor team's speed and output quality across the full client portfolio
- Monitor sales performance indicators across all assigned clients following onboarding and surface coaching opportunities to operations and marketing advisor peers on a consistent basis
- Deploy as a specialist sales resource across the portfolio when advisor peers identify clients requiring targeted coaching, script development, or sales management support
- Ensure every client's sales team is actively using AI tools as part of their daily workflow by the conclusion of the onboarding period
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, finance, and people development advisors to deliver coordinated, non-duplicative support that advances each client's monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals
- Stay current on AI capabilities, Cardone University methodology updates, and sales enablement best practices and apply new knowledge proactively across the client portfolio
COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience in sales, sales coaching or training, and sales management or operations
- Demonstrated ability to configure and deploy AI tools, particularly through prompt engineering, to produce practical sales enablement outputs
- Deep familiarity with Cardone University methodology or the ability to achieve rapid, comprehensive certification
Experience conducting structured call reviews and delivering actionable, skill-building feedback - Ability to develop sales scripts, call frameworks, and outbound and inbound communication assets
- Working knowledge of sales commission plan design and optimization
- Proficiency in CRM fundamentals across multiple platforms, with the ability to work within a client's existing technology environment
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding and coaching relationships simultaneously while maintaining high quality and coverage
- Understanding of customer engagement models and their application to pipeline management and conversion improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex sales concepts into clear coaching direction
- Collaborative and accountable; able to coordinate effectively within a cross-functional advisor team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least seven years of experience in sales and sales operations
- At least three years of experience developing, training, or coaching a sales team
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and prompt engineering in a professional context
- Cardone University certification preferred or required upon hire
