This Sales & Customer Success Associate role centers on wireless sales outreach, helping connect underserved customers with essential wireless services and 5G-ready technology. The Sales & Customer Success Associate will also engage in direct sales activities, support wireless enrollments, and participate in sales efforts.
As a Sales & Customer Success Associate, you'll train on the enrollment protocols for a government‑supported wireless program that offers free tablets and essential wireless services. The Sales & Customer Success Associate will then meet San Diego customers personally, turning a simple sales outreach conversation into an opportunity for connection and growth.

Qualifications of the Sales & Customer Success Associate
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
