What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll help drive both customer satisfaction and business performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive membership sales through customer education and relationship building
- Achieve key performance goals including membership conversion, rebooking, average ticket, and retail sales
- Recommend service upgrades, add-ons, and retail products
- Build and follow up with sales leads
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage customer accounts
- Resolve customer concerns and create positive client experiences
- Retain memberships and strengthen customer loyalty
- Support daily operations and keep the front area clean and organized
- Cross-train in multiple areas to support team needs and business growth

Experience Preferred
- Sales experience strongly preferred

- Reliable transportation required
