We are looking for a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales process and help improve efficiency across the team.

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays an important role in supporting day-to-day sales operations. This position helps manage administrative processes, maintain accurate records, coordinate communication, and ensure the sales team has the tools and information needed to serve customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up communications
• Track incoming leads, sales activity, and pipeline progress
• Prepare proposals, agreements, and customer-facing documents
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM and internal systems
• Coordinate communication between sales, office staff, and field teams
• Assist with reporting, metrics tracking, and sales performance updates
• Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms
• Experience in sales support, office coordination, or administrative roles

Preferred:

• Experience in landscaping, construction, or home service industries
• Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools
