This full-time, non-exempt role in Woodland, CA, pays $21-23 per hour and supports the Sales Manager and Sales team.
It involves assisting with daily operations related to Marketing and Sales Programs, including answering overflow calls for Zone Managers, taking customer or change orders when Salesmen are unavailable, and compiling information for quarterly newsletters.
The position requires maintaining updated photographs, website content, and retailer schematics, organizing meetings, handling correspondence via typing, faxing, and mailing, and monitoring accounts receivable for past dues.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
