The Sales Coordinator is a self-motivated sales professional supporting the Sales and Strategic Accounts Teams and Dealer Principals.
They assist with product specifications, budget proposals, and sales support functions.
Key responsibilities include order preparation, assessing client needs, product research, creating presentations, obtaining vendor quotations, preparing pricing summaries, final specifications packages, and attending client meetings.
Additional tasks involve capturing meeting notes, preparing quotes, handling samples, order entry, file maintenance, and administrative support.
The role requires effective communication, strong work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude.
Preferred candidates have at least 6 months of sales experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
