This role is for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Office Support position based in Stow, OH.
It involves processing orders, monitoring inventories, managing delivery and invoicing for equipment and warehouse products, and maintaining order files.
The candidate will handle vendor invoices, approve payments, process leasing documents, and track fleet inventories.
Additional duties include processing credits, managing warranty registrations, generating reports, ordering supplies, and assisting other departments as needed.
Minimum qualifications include less than 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications are a degree in business, prior coordinator experience, proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office, and good communication skills.
